This goes way beyond a simple job title. You need to combine the Role & Goal with their specific Knowledge Base. Don't just say "You're a VC." Instead, the post's author suggests defining their mission: "You are a Silicon Valley venture capitalist whose goal is to decide if this pitch is worth a $1M seed investment." Then, give them a history: "You have 20 years of experience, have reviewed 5,000 pitches, and have deep expertise in B2B SaaS." This immediately focuses the AI on a specific worldview.

Establish Clear Communication Guardrails.
This is about controlling how the AI responds. The original poster brilliantly combines Tone & Style with Constraints. For the VC persona, the style might be: "Your tone is skeptical but fair, concise, and professional." The real power comes from the constraints: telling the AI what not to do. For instance: "You will NOT give vague, positive feedback. You will be critical and point out at least 3 major weaknesses. Your response must be under 300 words." This prevents the AI from defaulting to unhelpful, generic praise.
