Cocktail Recipe

Inspired by the bold femininity of Carmina, this exclusive cocktail by celebrated mixologist Giorgio Tosato captures the fragrance's vibrant and magnetic spirit. Served long over ice and finished with a cherry garnish, the sweet and sour creation offers a playful yet sophisticated twist, perfect for elegant summer evenings and moments of indulgence.

Flavour: Sweet & Sour

What You'll Need

25ml Gin
25ml Cherry Liqueur
10ml Rose Liqueur
2.5ml Violet Liqueur
1.25ml Maraschino Liqueur
2.5ml Vetiver Liqueur
7.5ml Morello Cherry Syrup
7.5ml Cream Soda Syrup
10ml Lime Juice
Cherry Soda to top up

Equipment: mixing glass, jigger, measuring spoon, bar spoon, highball glass, ice cubes

Methodology

1. Pour the gin, cherry liqueur and rose liqueur into the mixing glass using the jigger.
2. Add the violet liqueur, maraschino liqueur and vetiver liqueur using the measuring spoon.
3. Pour in the morello cherry syrup and cream soda syrup using the measuring spoon.
4. Add the lime juice using the jigger.
5. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
6. Stir all ingredients with a bar spoon for 30 seconds.
7. Add ice into a highball glass.
8. Strain all ingredients into the glass.
9. Top up with cherry soda.
10. Garnish with a cherry.
11. Enjoy your cocktail.
