Inspired by the radiant elegance of Aventus For Her, this signature cocktail by celebrated mixologist Giorgio Tosato balances sparkling freshness with delicate floral notes. Finished with Prosecco and a mist of rose essence, it offers a refined serve designed to elevate every summer occasion.

What You'll Need

25ml Bergamot Liqueur
25ml Rose Liqueur
10ml Peach Liqueur
10ml Aventus Cordial
5ml Cedarwood Essence
Prosecco to top up
Rose Essence

Equipment: mixing glass, jigger, measuring spoon, bar spoon, strainer, wine glass, ice cubes

Methodology

1. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour the bergamot liqueur, rose liqueur and peach liqueur into the mixing glass using the jigger.
3. Add the Aventus cordial and cedarwood essence.
4. Stir all ingredients with a bar spoon for 20 seconds.
5. Add ice into a wine glass.
6. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
7. Top up with Prosecco.
8. Spray the top of the cocktail with rose essence.
9. Enjoy your cocktail.
