Cocktail Recipe

Capture the bold, uplifting spirit of Aventus Cologne with a signature serve created by celebrated mixologist Giorgio Tosato. Bright mandarin and bergamot meet warming ginger, pink pepper and tonka, creating a vibrant cocktail with a fresh citrus edge and an aromatic finish.

What You'll Need

25ml Absolut Mandrin Vodka
10ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
10ml Pink Pepper Gin
15ml Giffard Ginger Liqueur
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
7.5ml Monin Tonka Syrup
5ml Monin Rose Syrup
3 drops Angostura Bitters
5 drops foamer

Garnish: grated tonka & orange flower

Equipment: shaker, jigger, measuring spoon, strainer, tumbler glass, ice cubes

Methodology

1. Add the vodka, bergamot liqueur, gin and ginger liqueur to a shaker.
2. Pour in the tonka syrup, rose syrup and fresh lemon juice.
3. Add the Angostura bitters and foamer.
4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
5. Add ice to a tumbler glass.
6. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
7. Garnish with grated tonka and orange flower.
8. Serve and enjoy.
