• Standard Mileage Offer: Except with respect to the Hertz Mileage offer (listed below), SkyMiles Members will earn two (2) miles per eligible US$1 or equivalent foreign currency spent at delta.com/cars on the base car rental rate for a completed car qualifying rental booking (“Qualifying Dollars”). A qualifying rental booking includes rentals at a participating location for one or more days at rates other than travel industry rates or discounts, wholesale of tour package rates or discounts, wholesale tour package rates, insurance/dealer replacement rates, corporate and government rates, group travel discounts, or rentals in conjunction with a frequent flyer car award, or other corporate agreements applicable to the respective car company. Calculation of the applicable standard mileage offer is listed below by car rental company.
• Qualifying Dollars include the base car rental rate, before taxes and fees, charged at the time of booking. Redeeming Miles for Car Rentals:

• For certain pay now car rentals, SkyMiles Members have the option to pay for all or a portion of their booking using miles earned through the SkyMiles Program.
• There is no minimum number of miles needed to redeem for a car rental, but if you would like to book your car rental using only miles, your mileage balance must equal or exceed the total of your booking.
• If you do not have enough miles to pay for your entire car rental booking, you can split your transaction using both miles and a credit/debit card for payment. When prompted, enter how many miles you would like to use for that booking; the remaining value (after subtracting the miles used) will be reflected as USD and must be paid using a credit or debit card.
• You must be logged-in to your SkyMiles account to complete a purchase when using miles.
• You may not combine miles from two or more accounts on a single transaction. Miles used may only come from one SkyMiles account.
• Miles will be deducted at the time of purchase from the SkyMiles account provided and will appear as “Delta Cars”.
• Car rental bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to car pick-up date and time to be eligible for a refund. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to car pick up date and time will not be eligible for any refunds, and such cancellation will forfeit the booking. Any applicable refunds will be made to the original form of payment less any fees and charges. If your booking was made using both miles and a credit/debit card, then the portion of the booking made with miles will be refunded as miles to the SkyMiles account provided at the time of booking and the credit/debit portion will be refunded to the original card used in the booking.
• If you change or alter your booking resulting in additional costs and charges, any charges must be paid using a credit card or debit card. Changes or alterations of your car rental booking using miles may not be permitted. Please contact the car rental company directly to inquire. To the extent those changes result in additional costs and charges, any charges will be paid directly using a credit card or debit card.
• Miles will not be awarded on any car rental booking in which miles are used, regardless of any amount of the reservation paid for using a debit/credit card.
• Any additional or third-party fees or charges, including those incurred while traveling and any ancillary products or add-ons made during pick-up, are in addition to the fees and charges of your original reservation and are not eligible to be paid for with miles.
• Delta reserves the right to cancel any stays bookings due to insufficient miles in your account, suspicion of fraud, violation(s) of the SkyMiles Program Rules, or termination of your SkyMiles account.
• Delta may change, suspend, or terminate the redemption program (including but not limited to any benefits and conditions of participation), in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.

• In addition to the MQDs earned on the flight component (if applicable), the passenger who books the package will earn MQDs on the nonflight portion of the Total Package Price based on the following:
  • If the flight MQDs for all passengers were calculated using flight option 1 above: No additional nonflight MQDs earned.
  • If the flight MQDs for all passengers were calculated using flight option 2 above: The number of additional nonflight MQDs earned by the primary passenger = Total Package Price – (sum of all passengers’ Exception Fares)
  • If no flight is attached to the booking, only the primary passenger earns nonflight MQDs equivalent to the Total Package Price.
• If a SkyMiles Member pays for a Delta Vacations package using miles, the calculation listed above will not apply. Instead, members paying with miles will earn 1 MQD for every 100 Delta miles redeemed on a Delta Vacations booking. If payment is split between miles and other forms of payment, the portion paid using cash or other similar forms of payment will earn MQDs based on the calculation set forth above, and the mileage portion of the payment will earn MQDs at a rate of 1 MQD per 100 miles. • This calculation does not apply to packages of 8 people or more (“Group Packages”). On Group Packages, each passenger will only be eligible to earn MQDs on the flight portion of the package using the Exception Fares policy.

Earn Bonus Miles with Delta Vacations Terms & Conditions

• Purchase any Delta Vacations package that includes flight and hotel, from any Delta Vacations origin in the U.S. to any Delta Vacations destination, up to 331 days before travel, for travel anytime.
• Bonus miles are awarded for purchasing the following: flight and hotel stay; flight and hotel stay plus qualified car rental.
• For bookings made starting April 1, 2025, the primary passenger defined as the passenger who books the package and who is the lead point of contact on the reservation will receive 1,000 bonus miles on bookings of up to $4,999; 5,000 bonus miles on bookings of $5,000 - $9,999; and 10,000 bonus miles on bookings of $10,000 or more. For clarity, no other travelers in the booking will receive the bonus miles offer. SkyMiles number must be added to the Delta Vacations booking for the lead passenger to receive the bonus miles.

1. TakeOff 15:

Eligibility:
Basic Delta SkyMiles Gold, Platinum and Reserve American Express Card Members, as well as Basic Delta SkyMiles Gold, Platinum and Reserve Business American Express Card Members (each, an “Eligible Card”), can get at least a fifteen percent (15%) discount off the mileage portion of an Award Ticket (the “TakeOff 15” benefit). Additional Card Members are not eligible.

Available only if entire itinerary is on Delta and Delta Connection^® carrier-operated and ticketed flights booked at delta.com or the FlyDelta app. Not available on flights operated by other carriers. Not available for Pay with Miles, Miles + Cash, seat upgrades purchased after the initial flight booking, or other Delta products or services. Discount only applies to the mileage portion of the Award Ticket fare and does not apply to applicable taxes and fees which must be paid using the Eligible Card. Card Member must be logged-in to a SkyMiles account linked to an Eligible Card to receive the TakeOff 15 benefit discount. Mileage discount will be greater than or equal to 15% of the overall miles portion for the Award Ticket. An Award Ticket is a ticket issued by Delta pursuant to the SkyMiles Program Rules, by which SkyMiles members may redeem miles and pay applicable government-imposed taxes and fees in exchange for air transportation. All Award Ticket rules apply, as set forth on delta.com and in the specific terms incorporated into your Award Ticket. Award Travel is defined as travel using an Award Ticket. Award Travel seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets.

SkyMiles account balance must have sufficient miles for the entire Award Ticket(s) being purchased. TakeOff 15 benefit is not combinable with certificates, Delta eCredits, Delta Gift Cards, vouchers, or with any other discounts or promotional offers.

Award Ticket Taxes/Fees:
Award Ticket taxes and fees include only U.S. excise and departure/arrival taxes, airport charges, segment fees, the September 11th Security Fee, and international taxes and fees normally included in the Award Ticket.

Award Ticket Cancellations and Changes:
In the event of a voluntary cancellation of the Award Ticket to which the TakeOff 15 benefit was applied, redeemed miles will be redeposited into the Card Member’s SkyMiles account, except for Delta Main Basic (Basic Economy) tickets. Current Award Ticket redeposit fees apply. Delta Main Basic (Basic Economy) cancellations will result in cancellation charge assessed in miles, as outlined in fare rules. Remaining miles after deduction of the cancellation charge will be redeposited to Card Member’s SkyMiles account. There is no discount applicable to the cancellation charge.

If changing an Award Ticket after ticketing, discount is applied to the new Award Ticket (if eligible), and the difference in miles will be deducted from the Card Member’s SkyMiles account (if the new Award Ticket mileage amount is higher) or redeposited into the Card Member’s SkyMiles account (if the new Award Ticket mileage amount is lower). Delta Main Basic (Basic Economy) tickets are not eligible for voluntary changes. SkyMiles Member must be an active Basic Delta SkyMiles Gold, Platinum or Reserve American Express Card Member or Basic Delta SkyMiles Gold, Platinum or Reserve Business American Express Card Member at time that the Award Ticket is changed to be eligible for the TakeOff 15 benefit on the changed Award Ticket.
