Marvel at the Christmas Turkey Raan - whole turkey leg prepared in the traditional Indian raan style, cooked slowly over a day until meltingly tender. A merry medley of winter vegetables glisten with honey, chilli and hazelnuts. Finish sweetly with a Mince Pie Kulfi.
