The promoter is Next Retail Limited (trading as Fatface) whose registered office is at Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT (‘FatFace’). Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of FatFace, their holding or subsidiary companies and their immediate family. Start date/Time: 10th October 2026, 06:00 Closing date/Time: 1st December 2026, 23:59 To enter, entrants must do the following:
Successfully play and win our Shelter “Find Chris the Mouse” game.
Only one entry per person permitted.
Entries made after 01/12/2026 will not be counted.
FatFace does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

One winner will be selected at random by FatFace on 08/12/2026 and will be contacted directly by FatFace within 48 hours of selection

*FatFace are proud to give 10% of sales from each Shelter item sold to Shelter (registered charity no. 263710 England and Wales, SC002327 Scotland). In Northern Ireland, Shelter will subsequently donate an equivalent amount to proceeds received there to Housing Rights (registered charity no. NIC 105735), in the Republic of Ireland to Focus Ireland (CHY7220), and in Wales to Shelter Cymru (registered charity no. 515902). This campaign is expected to raise £70,000 and payments from FatFace to Shelter will be capped at this amount – excluding sales on Giving Tuesday (1 December) when FatFace is proud to give 20% of sales from each item sold, and any payments will be in addition to this cap. Money received in England will be restricted to support Shelter Housing Rights Workers, and the work they carry out. This includes supporting people and families facing or experiencing homelessness.
