April is Autism Awareness & Acceptance Month, and we're celebrating all month long by learning from and uplifting individuals in the autism community.
Just a few weeks ago, I had the honor of listening to my son August share his journey to employment. His story was honest, inspiring, and a powerful reminder that success looks different for everyone - and that with encouragement and opportunity, it is absolutely within reach. August also shared a heartfelt message to his peers: you can find success, too.
We're grateful for voices like his that help us grow, learn, and build a more inclusive world together.
