I want to start by wishing you a very Happy New Year. How was your festive period? We had quite a lively Christmas; Anna and I hosted for 17 people which was, erm, challenging but very fun! And it was another magical one with my three year old daughter Bea, who is now fully invested in all things festive and counted down the sleeps long before the big day arrived. Watching Christmas through her eyes never gets old.
I'm feeling incredibly grateful and excited after such a positive year for Just Bee. Over the past 12 months, we welcomed so many new faces into our community, and it's been a real joy to see more people making simple, natural wellbeing part of their everyday routine with us.

CELEBRATING OUR BEST YEAR EVER!
|
|
As we step into 2026, I'm feeling incredibly optimistic about what's ahead. Behind the scenes, we're working on new wellness products I can't wait to share with you, welcoming brilliant new people into the team and taking some exciting first steps towards retail (yes, maybe we'll be selling in your favourite shops by the end of the year!). We're currently around 20 Worker Bees strong and planning to grow to 30 this year, all focused on one thing: making daily wellness feel simple, natural and delicious.
But before we look too far forward, I want to pause and celebrate what an unforgettable year 2025 was for Just Bee...
We kicked things off in January with a big focus on wellness, starting the year with Super Ginger and Manuka Immunity Honey. Super Ginger proved so popular we had no choice but to bring it back, which was a great way to set the tone for the year.
February saw us out and about in Manchester (our home town), hiding pots of our honey all over the city for people to discover! Meeting customers in real life, hearing their stories and seeing the excitement when someone found a jar was a real highlight.
March was a milestone moment as we celebrated our 10th birthday. Ten years of Just Bee still feels surreal! We marked it by launching our baking kits, which flew off the shelves. Seeing your baked creations was genuinely inspiring.
In May, for World Bee Day, we focused on education and impact. We visited a local school in Cheshire, talked to students about wildflowers and planted over 10,000 seeds together. We also introduced our bee revival kit, designed to help support solitary bees when they need it most.
June brought the Buzz Squad out in force as we surprised some of our longest-standing customers by hand delivering their orders, simply to say thank you for trusting us over the years. They were certainly surprised to have a knock on their door from me!
In July, we expanded Honey HQ with a new unit, helping us fulfil orders more smoothly and make even more wellness blends. September was unforgettable with the launch of Gut Health Honey. Selling out in just two hours wasn't something we ever imagined, and we worked flat out to restock as quickly as possible.
The final months of the year were all about giving back. From donating honey to a local food bank in October, and a local care home in November. Then in December, we visited and donated to Derian House Children's Hospice. These moments stayed with us and we can't wait to do more projects like this.
Across 2025, we distributed over 30 million wildflower seeds! If you've still got yours, plant them in spring, watch them bloom and know you're helping local pollinators thrive. Our commitment to nature, our community and your wellbeing continues. We can't wait to bring you even more wellness in 2026.

HONEY BAKED SALMON
Elegant, easy and full of flavour, this Honey Baked Salmon is a delicious way to get more goodness onto your plate. The natural sweetness of Just Bee Honey is combined with zesty lemon and warming spices to create a golden glaze that perfectly complements the richness of the salmon.
You can use any of our honeys in this recipe, but we especially recommend Turmeric+ Honey. With its gentle earthy flavour and golden colour, it pairs beautifully with fish bringing a subtle warmth and a nourishing touch to this simple dish.

Hi Joe, Quick question. When did our guts start acting like opinionated housemates who communicate entirely through discomfort?
Mine has views on rushed lunches, late dinners and anything eaten standing up. And with Christmas on the horizon, it's already preparing its formal complaint. I'm looking forward to the festivities. My gut, less so.
I'm not trying to fix everything. But I have learned that one small, sensible habit helps keep the peace. For me, that's a daily spoon of your new Gut Health Honey. Wow you guys have nailed the Apple and Cinnamon flavour!
One question - are you planning any other flavours for it next year?
Best wishes, Mark, 52 Kent

Hi Mark,
You're not wrong. Guts do seem to develop very strong opinions over time, and Christmas has a habit of encouraging them to speak up more than usual!
We're glad you've found a small habit that helps keep the peace, especially at this time of year when routines tend to wobble a little.
As for other flavours, let's just say we're always listening to our community and thinking about what might make daily wellness feel even more enjoyable. Nothing we can share just yet, but watch this space!
