Last week we introduced four new lines at once. One of them has earned a longer letter. The Byrne is a classic cut Chelsea boot offered in three leathers, each fully lined in natural calf and set on a featherweight Vibram sole. It arrives in the Summer Sale at £129. From 3 August it is £320.

The Calf
Pull-up calf for town.
Polished pull-up calf in Black or Brown, rich with oils and waxes that deepen in colour and character with wear. Fine elastic gussets, woven pull loops and a self-coloured storm welt frame the silhouette cleanly.

The Grain
Full grain for texture.
Brown full grain calf with a pebbled surface that hides the knocks of daily wear. The same featherweight Vibram VI-Lite sole underneath, lightweight, flexible and sure-footed.

The Suede
Suede for off duty.
Soft calf suede in Brown or Cognac, the most relaxed of the three. Fully lined in natural calf, with an insole that moulds gently to the foot over the first few wears. True to size, in full UK sizes 6 to 12.
