The chukka first. Two eyelets, a clean minimal silhouette, and smooth plain calf with a storm welt and a contrast stitch. Fully leather lined with a removable cushioned insole, on a density rubber studded sole. It sits under a trouser like a shoe and takes the weather like a boot.
Wear it with flannels from October to March and nobody will call it a boot. Black or brown, six to thirteen.

A classic cut Chelsea in pull-up calf with fine elastic gussets and woven pull loops, lined and insoled in natural calf. Underneath is a branded Vibram VI-Lite full tread with a self-coloured storm welt, which is the most serious sole in the range. In black or brown.
