| It may feel early to be planning for Christmas, but we'd love to have you join us this festive season. We offer two spaces at KOL: Chef's Table and the adjoining Mezcaleria bar.
CHEF'S TABLE - Up to 20 guests seated Intimate dining overlooking our private kitchen, where chefs prepare our signature tasting menus. Whole confit suckling pig and Cornish blue lobster, lightly poached in kelp and grilled, are available alongside the tasting menu - served with fresh tortillas and salsas like blonde cucumber pico de gallo and fermented habanero.
MEZCALERIA - Up to 30 guests standing Inspired by Mexico's after-hours bars, Mezcaleria is made for relaxed celebrations with agave spirits, British botanicals and antojitos like short rib empanadas and seasonal ceviches. For bigger gatherings, it can be combined with Chef's Table to host up to 50 guests.
Bespoke drinks pairings - from champagne and our signature KOL margarita to rare mezcals - are available across both spaces. |

FINAL TICKETS |
| The last tickets remain for the launch of Chef Patron Santiago Lastra's debut cookbook, Mexican Soul. An afternoon of conversation, food, and the passion that runs through Santiago's cooking.
Join us on Sunday 9 August, 1-4pm, at KOL for a relaxed standing celebration - tickets are £70 per person and include a signed copy, a live Q&A with Santiago, and four dishes from its pages. |
