Quick context: You're reading the Growth Shuttle Insider - a weekly newsletter with 17,000+ executives (including regular readers from Meta, Oracle, Netflix, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Cargill, Siemens, Cisco, Xerox, Google, and many many more.) |
And it's merely a sneak peek of my personal universe - and my day job as a serial executive, advisor, and investor. |
Here are 5 ways to receive more value out of this newsletter and my other companies and properties. |
1. Join the Growth Shuttle Slack community |
The Slack community is invite-only, but I open up broader invitations for a week every few months. Initially built for my consulting clients, I opened up the doors for readers of my books, partners I can refer, investors in my circle, and other executives I work with often and keep in touch with. |
 |
We run weekly AmA's on Mondays just like that |
|
The invite link is active until the end of March - join here. |
2. Subscribe to the B2B Growth Hacking Playbook podcast |
My B2B podcast grew to 12,000 subscribers, though engagement is lower and we're missing on opportunities to connect better and deliver more substantial value both to and from our current guests: |
 |
Helping B2Bs grow better, faster |
|
Given my extremely limited time and introverted nature, I guard my time or put a paywall in front if necessary. Since professional networking is paramount, I always explore opportunities to bring professional peers on the podcast, which results in: |
Additional exposure to them after meeting me
Free content for my other channels
Memorizing some principles and best practices that often get lost in translation
Higher value for my audience (because the best-kept secret aren't published in random blog posts that GPTs are scraping all the time)
|
A new episode with an incredible CFO with 35+ years of experience is coming up on Tuesday, with another great partner I use myself next week announcing an incredible feature/product within their portfolio of businesses for global founders. |
Here's the YouTube playlist (check an episode and subscribe to the channel) or save on Spotify now. |
3. Work 1:1 with me |
My original async advisory plan is $1,800/mo, where I act as an external advisor to SMEs, making $1M to $30M in revenue - from operational frameworks and efficiency through digital transformation and building new product lines. |
Since 2023 and 2024 were tough for growth or raising, a large cohort of SMBs, agencies, starter SaaS came in reaching out for GTM help, assessing annual roadmaps, advising on available growth channels - and other topics I cover in the newsletter. I also work with high earners ($250K - $500K/year) on M&A or investing strategies, as well as a network of investors and private equity partners here on opening up new opportunities for their funds. |
 |
the lightweight Growth Circle |
|
My low-cost program "Strategic Growth Circle" launched in November is only $297/mo and I'm increasing the price to $497/mo starting April 1st. |
It's only available to businesses making $100K - $500K in annual revenue or executives in that range exploring additional growth opportunities (launching businesses, investing, acquiring digital properties, leadership coaching, personal branding opportunities). |
The program closed a little over 20 founders over the past 4 months with 3 churning, and checking in twice a week for the current cohort, it's definitely not a profitable venture but a mentorship program I keep open to help executives cross the line and step up higher. |
Join before March 31 to capture the $297/mo price for all of 2025. |
4. Feature your brand across the ecosystem |
One of my more ambitious investments over the past year is consolidating and growing the B2B ecosystem: |
 |
b2becosystem.com |
|
Right now, the B2B network includes 40+ directories, small publisher sites, AI tools, and service providers targeting B2B executives and decision-makers in sales, marketing, advertising, operations, legal, and operations. |
We also capture network data and additional revenue-driving signals thanks to data enrichment solutions and marketing automation flows coming in. |
Combined with my own companies + properties, I'm always open to brand partnerships that feature successful and rising brands in B2B across a multitude of channels, including my own ones. This has also led to closing in multiple investments for companies like doola, beehiiv, the Stacked Marketer, and others I've had the opportunity to use as a client and invest in when an opportunity presents itself. |
Here's the current B2B ecosystem media deck with plans varying from $5K to $20K a month, maximizing brand exposure and my network of contacts, and opening up opportunities for getting brand visibility across 10-30 different brands for LLM search. |
5. Sign DevriX as your martech partner |
My martech agency DevriX has scaled hundreds of global brands over the past 15 years, including: |
A handful of banks and telecoms
Global brands like Audi and Meta
University platforms for 2 Ivy League schools
Over a dozen media networks generating over 100,000,000 monthly views
30+ B2B SaaS platforms and high-tech VC startups
Franchise networks serving tens of thousands of locations

Some of our high scores |
|
5 of our accounts have been with us since 2016, and counting as ROI is top of mind for my teams. |
We work with investors and VC funds in my network for portfolio companies (unique expertise in WordPress, B2B SaaS martech solutions, publishing networks, data engineering pipelines, HubSpot) and brands directly. And our go-to-market solutions have been in high demand as companies are exploring new pricing plans, product packaging and positioning, targeting new markets and ICPs, and more. |
|
Meanwhile, I'm back to mapping out the product launches next week and Q2 roadmaps for my companies and my advisory clients. |
I invest $300,000 a year in martech R&D and internal experiments to drive strategy forward and explore innovative channels and mediums that B2Bs adopt over time. |
If you want access to any of the early insights and deals, explore the other channels above and keep reading the Growth Shuttle Insider. |
