Aaron spent harvest season alongside Croatian growers, hand-picking Plavac Mali, one of Croatia's most historic grapes. Grown on rocky, sun-baked slopes facing the Adriatic, this variety has been cultivated since the 4th century BCE. The work was tough, but the message was simple: great wine starts with respect for the land.
