Pepperoni Roses 

🌹 Use an 850g dough ball - stretch out and cut into 24 individual strips of dough

🌹 Top each strip with tomato sauce, mozzarella and half slices of pepperoni

🌹 Roll up the strips into swirls to make each pepperoni rose

🌹 Pop them in a muffin tray and cook at 480ºF/250ºC for approx 15 mins

Assembly

🎀 Once the base is cooked, pop on the pepperoni roses

🎀 Fill gaps with basil to give the effect of foliage

🎀 Cut off the bottom and add some cooked tenderstem broccoli, to give the appearance of stems

🎀 Add a ribbon if you’re really in love
