TWO BIG GRAVEL RACES.

The 2026 gravel season opened in mid-February with Santa Vall and Castellón Gravel in Spain. The races attracted the strongest fields we've ever seen, with former road world champions and Tour de France stage winners lining up on the start line, and the Ribble Outliers were up there with the best.

Sophie Wright finished 2nd overall at Santa Vall, beaten only by the reigning world number one, then backed it up with 5th at Castellón. Ben Thomas delivered an outstanding 8th also at Castellón. 

The level in elite gravel racing has jumped sharply in 2026, but so have the Ribble Outliers.
