| Dear Flyover Reader, I don’t send many emails like this one. This is a special note just for our most loyal readers—those of you who’ve been with us from close to the beginning. I want to be upfront with you about why we’re pushing so hard right now to raise capital for The Flyover. The simplest reason is I want to partner with you - readers of The Flyover - more than others who are legally permitted to invest. So whether you read our national edition, one of our state editions, listen to The Flyover Podcast, or enjoy the Feel Good Flyover - you are the person I want to partner with most. If you will allow me to briefly share a few specifics - I think you will truly understand why we are pushing so strongly for your investment. Reason #1: We’ve built something rare In just two years, The Flyover has grown faster than any news publication we’re aware of—and unlike most, we’re already profitable. Our margins are 80% gross and 24% net. Many media startups never reach this point, and those that do usually take far longer. We’ve proven our "flywheel business model." Now, I'm asking for your help fueling it. Reason #2: Expansion We aren’t raising capital just to raise capital. Your investment dollars will be focused on growth. That means expanding our news products, more states, scaling our podcasts (if you haven’t listened yet, you should - it's GREAT,) and building new ways to meet readers where they're at—whether through texting, apps, and beyond. Reason #3: The main reason—I want to partner with you While our raise is legally open to anyone, we’ve focused this first phase on you, our readers. We’ve front-loaded our perks and bonus shares so that our loyal supporters get the most benefit. But once we cross the $2M mark, those perks will go away, and new investors will join. That’s why we’ve been pushing so hard—because we want you as our partners-more than any other. Now you know why this moment matters. We’re down to our final 42 investors to reach 1,000 - an incredible accomplishment. Would you consider being one of them? This is my personal ask, from founder to reader. Join us, and let’s keep building something rare together. Invest in The Flyover Today Thank you for believing in us. Sincerely,
Guy Short
