Did you know that you can automatically claim for any missing Rewards points earned?
If you forget to ask your server to add the points to your account when you're with us, simply go to the Contact Us section of The Ivy Premier Rewards App, and select 'Missing Points'. Fill in the details including a photo of your receipt and your points will be added to your account.
Any missing points claim must be raised within four weeks of dining with us.
