Highlights include a bespoke Severn & Wye Smoked Salmon and a creamy Stracciatella lifted by the distinctive depth of Black Bee Honey. Main courses range from a Truffled Chicken Kiev enriched with wild garlic butter to a vibrant Keralan Vegetable Curry, with a classic French Paris-Brest to finish.
