Iron damp, not dry. Mist the shirt with water if it's air-dried, and use a medium-to-hot setting - linen can take more heat than most fabrics, but check the care label first.
Work in order: collar open and flat, ironing from the points inward; cuffs unbuttoned and flat; then the yoke over the end of the board; then each sleeve, smoothing out any twist before you press.
