Fabric

Your T.M. Lewin shirt sits next to your skin all day, so how it feels is important.

We start by selecting only the finest long staple cotton fibres.

These fibres are spun in to yarns which are then woven into one of our classic menswear shirting fabrics; twill, poplin or oxford.

By selecting high quality cotton we create a fabric with a soft hand feel that is also durable.

Fit

Over many years, we have perfected the fit of our shirts by incorporating 17 different pattern pieces into each T.M. Lewin shirt, with several signature elements.

Across the top of your back is our split yoke. The split yoke is cut on the bias (45 degree angle) which allows the shirt to fit perfectly across your back.

Another key detail is our cuffs which feature a fused interlining for durability and ease of ironing.

Finish

Once the shirt is made, each garment then undergoes an advanced non-iron treatment to achieve its non-iron finish.

This enhances the fabric's natural resistance to wrinkles and ensures the shirt remains crease-free all day whilst being gentle on your skin.
